The Approach

We are in an age where we’re bombarded with health information from a multitude of sources; from anecdotal evidence, articles on what we 'should eat', to scientific studies which publish findings based on generalised results. However, this often overlooks how bio-individual we are, which can make it tricky to navigate the world of wellbeing or even know where to start on our health journey. 

Health is made up of more than just what we eat or how much exercise we get. We are ever-changing beings influenced by our age / life-stage, past health conditions and treatments; what we eat and also how and when we eat; the way we move and the external environments we live in. In addition, our mindset and relationships (with others, ourselves and food) can also play a part in how we feel and our overall health. 

The Nourish Balance Flow approach to Nutritional Therapy encompasses all these elements and is client-centric - looking at the client as an individual instead of just the health issues they are experiencing. It acknowledges both their internal environment (nutrition, hormones, microbiome etc.) and external environment (toxins, work environment, stresses, technology use etc.) and provides clients with tailored, realistic and practical recommendations to address these, so their body can do what it does best - get back to balance.
