Yoga Approach
Sessions focus on creating a strong awareness of the body during the practice, exploring its full capability using alignment, breathing, creative sequences and an element of play.
From this, I believe we can develop an understanding of how to consciously move to nourish our bodies, create balance in our minds and a greater flow in how we approach our daily lives.
Private 1-2-1 Classes
Get in touch via the contact page if you would like to book a private session. These cover the fundamentals of yoga poses, building strength, stability and flexibility in the body. Sessions can also be tailored to your needs and requirements.
