Led by Hannah Richards; Nutritionist and Author of The Best Possible You. This day retreat will take you on a journey of your body, how your body works and how the systems of the body underpin a fully functional and healthy digestive system.

The day will include:

  • Yoga for the Digestive System with Victoria

  • Gut Health Workshop with Hannah

  • A biodynamic & organic lunch

  • Breathing and Emotional Release session with Alison
