I’m getting constant inspiration from this cook book by @sabrinaghayour right now...

Discovering new flavours and ingredients (who’s tried barberries?!) and enjoying making different dishes to share with others.

Today’s creation is a ras el hanout wrap - with roasted veg, chickpeas, wild rocket and tsatziki. Packed with fibre, protein, and most importantly flavour (if you haven’t tried ras el hanout, it’s a spice blend which is 👌) - quick to prepare and so delicious 😋
