*NEW yoga weekly class*

Yoga 💛🧘🏻‍♀️

Come and join me on the mat (via Zoom for now) for a weekly 40 minute vinyasa flow class.

Classes will focus on connecting breath to movement, building strength through dynamic sequences and bringing calm to body & mind.

Open to all levels. Every Thursday at 6pm.
