Anyone else get super excited by their weekly veg box? 🥕🙌

I love that buying veg this way supports local farmers, uses minimal packaging, includes seasonal veg and such a variety too.

Whether you’re vegan, veggie or a meat eater, having plant foods as the base of your meals will provide maximum nutrients to support your health; and because they’re a good source of fibre your microbiome will thank you too!

It’s also a great way to get creative, by cooking with vegetables you might not have thought to buy at the supermarket 😊

If you’re left with lots of vegetables at the end of the week, why not make a vegetable curry or soup and then freeze in batches, so you can have them ready to defrost and heat up for quick nutritious meals during those busy weeks.
