Wintery ‘feels’

It feels like winter is well and truly here 🌧

With shorter days, darker evenings and what feels like constant rain at the moment - with some still experiencing the latest government restrictions - it may seem a little gloomy right now 😕

But we can bring a little joy to each day by mixing things up and making small changes to our daily routine. Or just dedicating some time to do the things which light us up.

Whether that be waking up a little earlier than normal to do 30 minutes of yoga/exercise; trying out a new recipe; calling a friend or family member; walking a new route around your local park; or setting aside time to read the book you didn’t quite get around to reading during both lockdowns etc.

It is also completely ok to just want to go into hibernation and not have the pressures to ‘do’ anything. Allowing yourself to just ‘be’ instead.

Whatever you do, do what works for you right now. It might be different from one day to the next. Listen to your body, tune in to how it feels. Connect with those you love 🧡
