Deep conscious breathing shifts our physiology and bring us back to a parasympathic state - our ‘rest, digest and repair’ mode, where we feel calm and safe - and our body functions optimally.

Calmer body = calmer mind. Our breath is an incredible tool we can use at anytime, anywhere. It is accessible to us all and absolutely free 💙
