Quick luncheon

Super quick but nutirtious lunch - Sardine pâté (2 ingredients), leeks and basil on toast 😋

A good source of protein and omega 3 from the sardines, prebiotics from the leeks and a kick of flavour from the mustard and basil 🌱😋

Super simple to make - steam or sauté the leeks, then drain a tin of sardines (I use the ones in spring water) and add to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and 1/3 tsp of Dijon mustard. Mix it up - pâté done!

Top buttered toast with sardine pâté, leeks and basil leaves (or parsley / dill). Enjoy!
